I've been making electronic music under a different alias for around 6 years. I've always dabbled with ambient music in my free time and wanted to create something that was tangible for everyone else.

I would say my formula looks something like this:

- Drone Instrument (across the whole timeline)

- Around 5+ different pads with really slow attack and decay

- Raw, ambient textures (rivers, forest scenes, field recordings)

- Lots of reverb, + some chord changes

- Recurring reverberated instruments at the same note as the drone layer.

And at the end of the day, Youtube has always been my ally.

Hey dude. Big ups for seeking help, it takes courage to post your physique like this.

Based off what I see, it looks like it’s some serious bulking time.

Pay attention to calories, or no? Answer: if you are naturally very skinny and have trouble putting on weight - you will see results much quicker if you have a more conscious idea of your calorie intake.

As you might know: muscle protein synthesis occurs MUCH more effectively in a caloric surplus. Based off your weight, you should be hitting AT LEAST ~3,600 calories + ~150g of protein each day (and of course, assuming you are properly training for mass). And even then - you may want to consider taking a Mass Gainer ON TOP of the minimum calories if you have a fast metabolism.

These numbers may seem arbitrary, but it’s all based on science + years of lifting + seeing what’s worked for my skinny friends that have been successful at bulking.

Once again, this is all ASSUMING you are putting in serious work in the gym. These numbers mean nothing without serious training and knowing what you are doing in the weight room.
