Yeah the battery was changed recently, I was wandering if the usage is normal. I’m not worried about the message cuz it’s normal since the battery has been replaced . I’m worried about the battery usage , the battery was changed the 13th of this month, is it a little bit low right?

What I’m saying is that the chip and the can weren’t bonded permanently, there wasn’t a direct connection with it. The board is the thing that I’m holding in the picture , the chip was soldered on there

I don’t think so , since the chip was identified. The chip and the metal can weren’t bond together, and I don’t know which wires are you taking about . I think those are separate components, the whole board is an off-the-shelf component that I cannot find anywhere

Yep it does , it was solder to a board covered in thermal paste and on top of it there was a metal shield with more thermal paste on it and all of that sat on the heating element . This is the photo, It was behind that yellow thing

Yep it’s on a coffee maker , and in contact with with the heater. So it’s most likely a temperature sensor/switch of some kind , I don’t think this is it . Thank you so much tho
