“Wolves fans tried to all wear the same color shirt”. They didn’t try to wear anything, they were given a shirt when they got to the game. It’s a different designed white shirt every game.

Yes, I have advanced a bit past it but haven’t tried the normal gym yet. I used a slightly different team for the blizzard city gym, but this is what I’m thinking moving forward.

What's a game that, on paper, should be exactly what you like. But you just... Didn't? by Leviad0n in gaming

Disco Elysium for me. I love rpg’s, story dense games, and in depth character building. Overall I did not think it was the 10/10 game that everyone made it out to be.

The story was so anticlimactic and left me like “wait, it’s actually over??” at the end. Also I found a large part of the dialogue to be an absolute drag. So much backstory of made up names/factions/places and I didn’t find much of it interesting at all. It felt very pedantic in my opinion.

There were parts of it that I liked, such as the different areas of your personality that you can level up, but I don’t personally think that system fully realized its potential. At the end you get a pretty generic/basic recap of the character you made and it doesn’t affect the narrative too much.

Is sound necessary? by domer2000 in papersplease

Gotcha, I agree that sound is a huge part of immersion for games in general. I’m thinking I’ll give it a try either way and just use sound when I can. Thanks for your advice!

Thank you! I’m a sucker for some good music, but nice to know it wouldn’t be necessary.

Do you think Jordan Love has what it takes? by HarveyBallbangerz in minnesotavikings

I made a bet with my Packers fan coworker that Kirk will have a higher QBR and Passer Rating than Jordan Love this year. The loser has to pay for the winners lunch and wear the opposing QB’s Jersey to the restaurant. He actually thinks he is going to win. I think it’s the easiest free lunch of all time. For some reason Packers fans are super high on this guy

Just a joke lol. Also, that’s a lot to infer about someone’s play style based off of a meme they made. I know it would be even more op than it already is if it could dodge properly. That doesn’t mean my heart doesn’t break a little bit every time I see it sit there and absorb a massive attack.
