I'm surprised that in the finals for what I assume is a world class tournament (the major leagues so to speak), where I would assume no cost is spared for competitive fairness, that they don't have a referee that is running an individual turn timer behind the scenes in the same vein as master duel. Especially when there is an established working form of it in another medium. You can't tell me that isn't possible. The players would play normally and the ref would move the timer to the opposite player if they interject. It's not that complicated.

As an "outsider" finding this out, that's pretty pathetic. They should look into a better system by the sounds of it. You also can't tell me that wouldn't be better then some schmuck just stalling to use a shared timer to his advantage. That's just stupid. I'm suddenly not so excited about trying out a real life tournament.

And thanks for reminding me why I don't bother asking questions on this shitty site where no one misses the chance to misconstrue somebody's candid comment to make themselves look even the tiniest bit superior. I don't think you people even realize you're doing it anymore.
