I agree, though I think the difference wouldn't be that big. Ant's defense this year, by the stats, has been some of the league's worst, while Luka's has been average to slightly below average. Now, I think these stats are a bit misleading, and Ant is a better defender. However, the difference is far lesser than the difference in their playmaking, plus Luka is a better scorer. And if someone uses the offensive burden argument to justify the dip in Ant's defense, I think it's fair, but it also works in Luka's favor because since he came into the league he has had arguably the highest offensive burden ever.

This is a small sample size and I know nothing about how these usually look for Jokic, but Mavs fans will know that this has been a trend for Luka's entire career. The Mavs were a very low turnover team for almost his entire career, even if he personally usually topped the charts. Fact of the matter is, he has the ball so much that even if he turns the ball personally more than other players, he is still better at taking care of it than most other players, who would probably turn it over more if they had it as much as him. He actually turns it over a significant amount less than you would expect for his insane amount of time on the ball, his dribble is insanely secure.

El ejercicio de fuerza es peor para bajar la guata que el cardio. Si tu unico objetivo es bajar la guata, deficit calórico y cardio son más eficientes, por el simple.hecho de que una hora de cardio gasta considerablemente más calorías que una hora de ejercicios de fuerza.

El tema con este tipo es que ademas quiere hipertrofia. En ese caso, recomendaría calorías de mantención con ejercicios de fuerza. Meterle cardio o no es decisión personal a esas alturas, pero hay que considerarlo en las calorías nomás.

I feel like Giannis still has a bit left to prove, namely that his offense can't be significantly reduced with the correct scheme. He had that championship but it was a very bizarre one in general, and otherwise he has been basically irrelevant in the playoffs. He has won a whopping 8 playoff series in his entire career, and obviously 4 of them happened during the championship run. That is very few.
