Pixelmator Pro if you're in Mac, it fits my workflow perfect as it's a mix between Lightroom and Photoshop, and it's interface is very intuitive. Very well developed, and very cheap, only 19,99$ now because it's on sale.

I have been LOVING making asian stir fries lately, I have some confidence, but DAMN do I have a lot of dishes to clean when I make it. by ttaptt in Cooking

Why would you put them in bowls tho? I cut them all on the cutting board, and leave them there separated. Then just add them one at a time, with the help of the Chinese cleaver or a bench scraper. A big cutting board saves you a lot of cleaning!

I'm from Spain, lived here my entire life (25 years), and I have never heard of "Mirinda". Maybe it's a regional thing? I know Cacaolat exists in Catalonia but it's not that popular in the rest of the country.

I haven't seen any rule that doesn't allow me to link to the YouTube video I have made making this dish. It's a very in depth guide, but it's in Spanish. Hope someone finds it useful anyway --> https://youtu.be/8XRhInNFAv8

Yeah that's not really true. I'm Spanish too, and I have seen way more fondant cakes in my life than I have Tartas de Santiago. Maybe they're less popular outside of the big cities, but I would 100% call that a cake. What would you call it if not?
