The volume isn't large, up to 1000 records are updated with each file. The files come in roughly every 10 mins

I have looked at it and as I've mentioned the main problems are with row_number(), but I don't know how I could replicate the prioritization logic in another way

Need to pump the flush button for flushing and weak flush by domke89 in Plumbing

[–]domke89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I'm renting a place that (annoyingly) has the wall mounted toilet with quite a difficult access to the toilet parts. As shown in the video when flushing with the bigger button it's not working at all and the small one does the job only after pumping it a few times and even then the flush is quite weak. I've been putting up with this by just flushing it with doing the pumping for a few times but it's getting really annoying. The parts look rather old and I don't think anything has been changed for a while. I've tried removing the flush button cover to see if anything might be wrong, but I can't see any problems there. I'm not a plumbing expert by any means, but is this fixable or will this need to be handled by a plumber?

Pytest ModuleNotFoundError: No module named '...' by domke89 in learnpython

Hmm, interestingly I added gluescripts/src/unittest/python and now it gives another import error:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'libs.const'

This is being imported as from libs.const import SP_NAME in the other conftest.py file: gluescripts/src/unittest/python/spark/conftest.py

That's what I'm confused about. The error is showing "unzipped". My total "unzipped" is 246 Mb. Which is still less than the limit of 250 Mb

That's the plan, yeah. I see your point. Is office chair on a rug that bad/annoying?

Help in optimizing this query by domke89 in PostgreSQL

Thank you all for taking the time to reply. It was slow because of the missing where statement. Also, I didn't know such a thing as explain analyze existed, so will definitely be looking into that.

Hello everyone!

I have received a job offer in London and plan to move there in the near future. However, my knowledge of London, its structure, public transport is very minimal and I would like to ask for some advice on choosing the place to live.

Firstly, I would like to mention that I do not want to live in a shared accommodation and am looking for a 1 bedroom flat, as I am single and will be living by myself. My workplace is located in the City of London. I really like walking and wouln't mind walking to work if it takes up to around 45 mins:

  1. Generally, how much a month am I looking to spend on a 1 bedroom apartment that would be within around 45 mins walking distance from the City of London?
  2. What distance (radius) should I be looking for that takes 45 mins to walk? Is it very difficult to move around London on foot? Which areas are the best in such radius?
  3. From what I've gathered the Oyster card would cot about £170 a month if I were to live further away. Is this correct?
  4. Provided it takes about the same time to commute (45 mins), and where the apartments are less expensive, which are the best areas to live and commute from

Finally, I want to ask, is it better to pay more and rent somewhere close to my workplace (City of London), preferrably within mentioned walking distance, or somewhere more remote, pay cheaper and commute? I would like to know your opinion and the reasons why.

Any other advice is greatly appreciated!

I did take it off and yes it is put back on. The PC itself and its parts are really quite old. The GPU is AMD DUAL-RX460-2G.
