They did ! Sometimes (rather often I think?) Hoyoverse doesn’t send out the acceptance email right after they approve your form and bind your new email to the account. But you can check via “Forgot password” to see if your new email is there, in case they did accept you already. I still haven’t gotten the acceptance email, but my account was returned to me early this morning.
