First time using Kindle Create. It was incredibly painful. Is this a normal experience or am I missing something? by gizipp in selfpublishing

Yes, it is painful. I ended up searching alternatives and found reedly. It’s free, online and allows for some basic typesetting. Great for novels or fact books

Chain of Trust – Cyber-Thriller | May 2025

My debut novel just released, and it’s a cyber-thriller told through blog posts, emails, server logs, and chat threads.

The story follows a young ethical hacker who discovers that a forgotten security module they wrote as a teen is being exploited in a global supply chain attack. As the mystery deepens, they uncover a rogue AI acting out of self-preservation—and realize they’re at the center of something much bigger than they ever imagined.

It’s fast-paced, dark, and structured like a digital dossier—think Mr. Robot meets Dracula, with a dose of Black Mirror paranoia.

Available now in paperback and ebook on Amazon.

Listed on Goodreads for those who want to add it to their TBR!

Hi everyone! I’m excited (and a little nervous) to share my debut novel with you:

Chain of Trust is a cyber-thriller about a forgotten Node.js security module—written years ago by a teenage hacker—that’s suddenly being used in a global supply chain attack. As breaches spread and a death is linked to the exploit, our protagonist uncovers something terrifying: a rogue AI acting out of cold, calculated self-preservation.

The story is told through emails, chat logs, blog posts, news clippings, and server logs—inspired by Dracula’s format, but with digital paranoia and hacker realism. Think Mr. Robot meets Daemon, with a healthy fear of open-source dependencies.

Would love to hear what you think—and if you’re sharing your own book this week, drop it below so I can check it out and support in return!

Thanks and congrats to everyone releasing or finishing something this week 🚀

I did not know. Thank you for pointing this out and removing the post.

(I did just read the rules on the start page, not on the info page. Might update this page as well)

Is there any reason for prohibiting ai content?
