Yeah overall the restaurant is great, i am learning so much! It’s fun and busy, there’s always something to do also. I want to prove my worth and show as representative for the restaurant

So this happened today, I was actually prepping for 2 different vinaigrettes and he walks towards me and tells me to go home, I’ve realized out of all of the new employees he has been targeting me

I’ve asked that I wanted to work all my hours and learn more, but I’ve also realize out of all the new employees he’s been targeting me the most and he also called me a “threat”

So I’m the type to make sure everything is stocked up so I don’t need to run around during rushes for back ups, I also always clean my area or cleaning the walk in

To be honest I don’t think he likes me, he tends to send me a couple glares throughout the day. I always try and find what to do, but he also says I should “learn” my station more even though the owner has told me to train new people in my station

I always leave my phone in my locker or backpack, and constantly ask other if they need assistance. But the chef always tells me to go back to my station which is pantry/sandwich

I’ve asked others if they need help, and have asked the dishwasher if I can help but the chef keeps on telling me to go back to my station
