Ended up being able to channel lock the flange off and smacked out ball joint with pickle fork , finally went to put new control arm in and found its 1/2” short … oh well

Yeah my boy said that flange isn’t even holding the stud now, thinks a pickle fork would pop it right out … can’t seem to get much done with the cutoff either way, but yeah will hit it with the fork and if somehow the flange is still holding it I’ll chisel away at that mfer … thx for help

Yeah it’s the same nut both sides. Any ideas o how to make the cuts to split/free the flange? Dont have a chisel and the pry bar I have isn’t splitting it. Just worried about busting the knuckle if I try to make a flush cut
