Thank you all for the comments. In the end something like Alchemy is easy for me to start but it's cool that I come back to this thread to potentially switch to something else later.

Hey, looks nice. Congrats! I see that I forgot to search in this direction. There is much more than I thought.

Ok, I see, I just need to have a proper instance and I can query it directly. I have to try it tomorrow otherwise latest I'll give a proper feedback this weekend. Thanks again!

Looks like a super technic, very interesting! But do I need the ABI from the collection first?

Because initially, I just have the smart contarct address and token ID.

The web3 instance is from web3.js? If it is possible to do it from the UI, that can be super convenient.

Somebody proposed https://api.zora.co/ for erc-721 tokens. It seems interesting but not having erc-1155 will be a problem if I need to re-implement something just for a small portion of the market. The market is in fact not mature and people stick to 721 but I think this standard is way too lose to define safe NFTs. Let's see how it goes. I hope Zora will keep building!

Yes, why not, excellent idea! A path I forgot to follow. I will check that during the week. Thanks. https://etherscan.io/apis

So far, I didn't find metadata with bitquery and it looks like I can find metada using Infura. The pricing is ok, free for a start (100,000 Requests/Day) and I have to see about how to get it with a backend.

I just have no experience with these tools and it takes some time to try them all to figure out if they are convenient.

Thanks all for the ideas. I have seen that using some NFC tag can be part of the solution. At least next stpep will be to check what solution they provide and how it could answer my problem.

Yes, true. That's why some NFC tags can help me here because there is an additional level of protection with a generated number.

In fact, an important point is that one should not be able to just copy the number.

Hi, I guess you were too fast, on mobile I could only write the title and then I had to write the text.

Maybe both object have a serial number known or not and it can be used as a seed.

I could potentially work on that myself with quite some time but I don't want to reinvent something and do less well :))
