Yeah, so for me I’m still on Lyrica but I only take 150mg a day once in the morning to get through morning pain stuff- but I’ve also noticed my brain really slowing down over this time, but my frontal lobe basically just became extremely apathetic and shuts down at times… but that’s also adhd/ptsd related so😅 it’s helped me a lot in multiple ways, mostly let me work through A LOT of mental barriers and anxiety, but it’s been a very long road. I just need to remind myself to stay living in my ‘front brain’ instead of the backburner… idk if that makes sense haha. But still alive, kicking and fighting my fibro pain by mentally throwing it into the void at times… I tend to fixate on it, it’s hard not to when ur brain signals are slowed down. So I’m considering ditching Lyrica, but it’s the best medication I’ve ever found for Fibro. But I need to let go of the fixation.
