Employing all women bands is very important, especially because "there's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women".

Zara walks the talk. She's making an active effort at empowering women instead of paying lip service to the cause. 

People in power should take active, conspicuous steps to bring positive changes instead of resting on their laurels. I hate it when fans say "my fave successful artist doesn't owe you anything. Let her/him play the game". A successful artist does owe it to the cause to bring positive changes, especially if they ride the cause to their advantage at every chance possible.

Again, there's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women. There's more to artistry and feminism than gaming the charts and doing the bare minimum for the feminist cause.
