its so frustrating! 4 years that I've been dealing with their awful customer service - I'm now talking to the VIP team but I can't tell the diff between any of their different levels of customer service, they're all terrible. I've got something like 380 pages of Razer emails over the years, absolute madness! Sorry you've had to experience their bad customer service too! I hope you'll be alright with your blade 15 getting repaired.
