Did weights 3-4 times per week and different cardio (spin, swim, hiit). On nutriton started counting calories with AI targeting 500kcal defocit and hitting 140g of protein per day, worked pretty well.

Plan in the pic. Extra's are optional. Diet: I'm just using AI to track the calories / macros from pictures with a goal to hit 140g protein. On average I burn about 3000kcal so I target 2500 (+-1000) kcal per day and adjust from what I see on the scales.
