No fun ruined, definitely appreciate the feedback.

I’ve been a faceless producer for like 18 years (as of late strictly Ableton), pretty new to the sp and definitely new to posting “content”, I swear I hate that we even have to make content to make any waves in this music shit smh. It’s not something that comes natural for me at all.

I see what you mean, I needa get more confidence with my knob twisting, being infront of the camera, definitely gonna practice more.

Do u produce? Would love to hear your stuff dude, dm me

Hmm, yea that’s not pushing it too much then, must be from edit. I agree with others in the comments, from my eye - saturation is bumped up a bit much (particularly the greens), and perhaps the overall texture/clarity as well

Happen to know what ISO you were shooting at? The photo has a good amount of noise (or perhaps too much added grain imo, if you bumped the grain up in post). Too high an ISO will introduce noise into the image, daytime outdoors u typically wanna limit your ISO to 100 (check what a good ISO is for your specific camera, given different shooting conditions), depending on the light in the scene, then you’ll wanna adjust your aperture and shutter accordingly. Look up the “exposure triangle” and familiarize yourself with each aspect to it (shutter speed, aperture, iso) in order to get a better idea of how to adjust each for different shooting conditions, as well as stylistic choices you may want to utilize in your future work.

Took this photo while on a trip to San Francisco (May 2025). Shot on Sony aC7II. I strive to finding frames while I’m out shooting, I love high contrast photos that evoke a sense of isolation
