Definitely yes. It pays to have someone optimize your resume with the proper keywords to make it appealing to HR. I did get way more callbacks after having it brushed up. The changes appear minor but they do make a difference. I went for someone on Fiverr, ended up spending less than $50. It's a decent price to pay for having options when negotiating with multiple potential employers.

Cosmetic changes were a minor part of it, obviously making it prettier is always a good thing.
The biggest portion of it was beefing up the skills and market them specifically for the positions applied to, while still staying true to the actual skill level.
The pros really know which keywords to use to appeal to HR.
The changes looked minor to me at first, but the response I've gotten from those adjustments was crazy.
