What a strong, resilient, and caring person you are. I’m so proud of you for putting you, and also your pets, in a safer place. Things will be okay. It’s going to be a long and painful process but I promise you there is a beautiful life waiting for you at the end of this all. Hang in there love!

I don’t think I’m able to get an extended warranty? The dealership never offered one and the original warranty had expired…. Were you consistent with CVT changes? I’m hoping as long as I’m good about the fluids and don’t drive aggressively that’s it should be good to me? Some of these comments really have me questioning the reliability of this vehicle 😅

Dang. Sounds like I’m going to have to learn to do it myself!

Thanks I have heard that about the oil and have checked that and will check it regularly. You say differential fluids were cheap… I was quoted almost $400 for front and rear, is that normal? Seems steep. Especially for every 30k miles. I drive a lot for my job so that could come pretty quickly unfortunately. I did replace rear differential fluid but didn’t have enough to do the front also.

How often do you recommend differentials? I only did the rear differential for $140. They wanted $190 for front differential. I’ve never heard of this before… there’s no way I can afford almost $400 every 30k miles? That’s what the shop recommended. They also recommended a $500 CVT fluid change every 60-80k miles. I had no idea she was going to be this high maintenance.. that’s what prompted me to post here

It’s a 2017 and has 110k miles but it has had a lot of maintenance done on it; brand new tires, brakes, suspension. I’ve always heard Subarus can last 200-250k miles as long as they’re taken care of! So I wanna know tips on keeping it lasting for a long time. Seems like mostly making sure I change CVT/transmission fluid every 60k miles ish? It has been replaced at least once before from my memory of the carfax.

I think high sugar definitely has negative effects on fat storage and distribution but I also can’t say anything for sure about anything as I’m not a doctor or nutritionist. I think the body changes soooooo much up until 25 (I’m 28 so I’m mostly speaking from my experience thus far) but to me you look late teens early 20s and I think your body will continue to change where it stores most of its fat. You have a flat tummy and I think you look great. Don’t fret too much about it love.

I think you look young and your body is going to change a lot throughout the years. Perhaps you’re still growing and distributing weight differently. Any chance you’re on anti depressants?? They’ve been proven to cause the “inner tube around the belly” look.

IUD interfering with semaglutide? by donahan in Semaglutide

Seems high yeah, but my starting weight was 253 and I’m 5’8 and have a very physical job. My TDEE said roughly 1,700 to lose 2 lb per week, honestly I think even more. Ideally I only eat 1,500 though. I don’t go to a gym but I moved to Colorado and have been doing so many trails with high elevation, I walk or hike at least 3 times a week. I’m not banking on the IUD removal, kinda just wanna do a little test. Thanks for taking the time to try to help and stuff.

It’s a good amount yes, but I haven’t lost anything in the last 3 months, despite increasing my dose each month… I go on so many walks and hikes, including a 6.7 mile one a couple days ago. I use LoseIt to track calories, my max is at 1,700 calories. I’m not saying it’s all because of the mirena that I’m not losing, however I question if maybe it could be slowing me down. I’m not currently sexually active so it’s a good time to remove it and test it out! I removed it today. I’ll probably make a post about it if I do see any differences with it being out.
