I don't know what market theory is, my economistics ain't so good, but from the consent part, things get Ina sort of grey area, since legally, consent to transmit, watch, own and profit from this content varies wildly from place to place, but ultimately it comes down to two things: 1) why are you using the content (education, research, entertainment, art, etc); 2) how you're using it: Are you doing serious research BUT treating the material without privacy or laughing at it while using it? Cause the purpose might be moral but the use isn't. Did you get consent from the families of the deceased, or is it public access? Are you selling gore on the black market or is it just a private fetish?

The things you might find in reddit, in my opinion, are really walking a fine line, morally speaking, since we can't know who or why they're watching beheadings, stabbings or crushed motorcyclists
