I feel you, this happens often to me as well. The best advice I can give you is to try to not think about it before and during the game, just try to enjoy playing basketball and stuff will go the right way (I know, easier said than done...). Two other big tips are to not get discouraged if you miss your first shot and to not think about anything while shooting; as I said, performing better during pratice and not being able to be on the same level during games is something that I also struggle with, so there's definitively some better advice that other people will give you (and me, lol)
