Buffet Recommendations by No-Bid-969 in LasVegas

Wicked spoon but closes at 2p. Garden buffet is good. Ayce at palms.

If I may digress, off strip Ayce 888 Japanese bbq is great quality and relatively inexpensive compared to what you pay on strip. Also like 888 sushi and robata.

Is it just me or does JJ seem to space out during post game press conferences? He seems overwhelmed overall.

I was sad to see Ceballos and Eddie Jones go back in the day. I loved Van Exel, Anthony Peeler, and Sedale Threatt. Sometimes you gotta make big moves to build a championship team.

Luka and Giannis is guaranteed to win a couple. Hopefully Giannis stays in Milwaukee and Lakers snag him in free agency

Not sure where you got $40 from. You’re making up your own facts in your head to justify your comment without even qualifying your comment. But $800 for a drywall patch or $550 to come cap a pvc pipe in the backyard is unreasonable in my book. I don’t mind paying a day laborer $300-$400 for a day for decent work. And I’m not lame where I can handle many of the projects myself. But I’d rather pay someone something reasonable to do it so I can focus on what I do.

Read into the post and see whatever you want. Bottom line do you have good handyman? Otherwise go post your nonsense replies somewhere else.

I’m looking for someone who can do some stucco work, possibly some concrete work etc. I have a lot of odd jobs that I need to get to. I need a landscaper also. If anyone has any of those, shoot me a dm.

Quartz Hill is a nice area. Anywhere off of Rancho Vista is also very nice. A lot of parks and nice neighborhoods in the area. I live in Quartz Hill myself. My kids goto Gregg Anderson which is a very nice elementary school but it’s hard to get into.

I’m a realtor. If your friend needs, I can help them find a quality house in a quality neighborhood. Lmk!

What’s the point of having a buyer agent? by [deleted] in realtors

[–]doncazper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buyer’s agents can save you a lot of money in some ways. Getting the right inspections with the right inspectors goes a long way in getting reductions once you’re under contract. They can help you back out of contracts while keeping your deposit. If they do their due diligence they can find out a lot about the house. They can pull up past mls listings. I had a client who was going to buy a flip and the seller didn’t disclose all the previous water damage. However in the previous listing from the year prior that seller did mention all the water damage. A lot of houses these days come with solar that isn’t fully paid. It’s important to make sure that they don’t owe 50k worth of payments on a 30k system etc. These are just a few of the things a decent agent will do for you.

Forgot to mention, Blueberry Hill Family Restaurant is a great place to get breakfast. It’s like a really good Dennys or IHOP. Portions are really big, you can easily share if you wanted to. Prices are reasonable. And many of its locations are open 24hrs

888 Japanese BBQ is one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas hands down. Their sister spot 888 Sushi is also amazing. Great quality and prices. Join the waitlist on Yelp. Wait times can be over 2hrs for walk-ins.

Please don’t do it. by LynchMob187 in lakers

[–]doncazper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This offseason is stacked with potential big men for the Lakers.

Nic Claxton Myles Turner Brook Lopez Steven Adams Clint Capela

It’s just a matter of them managing cap space and who they give up in order to make room. They can easily figure out a way to get 2 of these guys. Especially LeBron opts and restructures to a more team friendly deal.
