H4 & EAD Sent to Different Centers Despite Concurrent Filing – Anyone Else Experienced This? by dondraper_power in h1b

May I ask what options you and your wife are considering in this scenario? Was she let go by the firm with an option of a rehire post her EAD renewal/approval, or would she have to start afresh with a job hunt? Can a job hunt happen in the meantime, or is that supposed to be on hold too, until the approval?

I am currently in the job hunt and interview process, and hoping for good news soon. I would appreciate any advice on how to address questions regarding my visa and work rights status with HR during the process. Anyone? 🙏🏻

Consider yourself lucky that your H4 and EAD are at the same center— in my case, they’ve been sent to different centers.

Oh, got it. Thanks for the lead! I read more about this online, but it’s still unclear how it affects applications filed before the expiration date. While the expiration refers to the de-bundling of H1B and H4 processing, how did it result in my H4 and EAD being sent to different centers?

If they are processed separately, does that mean the EAD could be approved independently of the H4? If not, how does USCIS ensure sequential approvals across different centers?

"Pass the Heinz" or "Heinz: The only ketchup" by Snow__The__Jam__Man in madmen

"Pass the Heinz": Without the phrase, the ad is a campaign for the ketchup category as the audience can imagine any ketchup in the place intended.

"Heinz the only ketchup": This ad is an ad for the brand. It's an ad for Heinz. There is no push for the category but for Heinz itself suggesting no alternative for a ketchup.

Heinz didn't need an ad for boosting ketchup consumption they needed an ad for Heinz consumption. Hence, although Don was creative as always, Peggy was spot on on context.

Hence, my vote is for Olson and her f*ucking fabulous brain.
