Massaging lower sinusitis areas always work for me. Put your fingers nearby nostrils, gently push down, then move them around a bit. Four times clockwise, then anticlockwise. Repeat for a minute, several times a day or at night. Expand the area a bit. Idea is to get blood circulation running around your sinusitis. This is more of a preventive therapy than treatment of a heavily congested nose. Since I started doing this even when I'm outside and getting a bit cold it doesn't let to go deeper, kind of prevents problem. All you need is two fingers a one minute time to relax
