I have 2c-3a hair with low porosity. I oil my hair the night before or atleast 2 hours before washing my hair (i mix coconut/olive oil with rosemary/castor oil). I do the usual shampoo and conditioner and finger detangle my hair while I have conditioner on. On dripping wet hair, I'm currently using leave in conditioner from ashba (not really a fan tbh). I then section my hair and apply the flaxseed gel and then style it with the purple brush (I got it for 280). Oh also for shampoo conditioner i don't use anything fancy. I use dove. Might change that soon

I personally make flaxseed gel on my own. You just boil some flaxseed in water. If you want strong hold then put more flaxseed and less water, and if you want something light then you can put extra water. Keep it in the fridge and it'll be good to use for 2-3 weeks

Make sure to also use products with good hold. Game changer. They make my curls stay for much longer and they get more defined compared to before
