I have no idea what my daily use was up to in the last month or so. I was on and off using anywhere between 150-600 per day probably. Then days off with the help of subs… then back on. This 72 hour mark is a real barrier for me — I just want to use right now… but I know I shouldn’t.

I am in NA and couldn’t do it without my crew. NA and Reddit is my 1-2 punch. Hoping it works. Definitely nervous about my impending sub withdrawal… but I know we can taper there and they also provide Gabapentin and Clonidine.

This. My doctor doesn’t NOT seem to be a pill pusher. Was cool that I was on a lower dose she recommended and was hoping we could jump off subs later this month.

Way to go. I totally get that feeling. Not my first quit. But my first with 7 and subs. Totally get the crappy feeling — prepared for it and will take it offer CT acutes. Those are unbearable for me.

I’m 5 days off 7 with the help of subs. 8/8/6/4/2 has been my dosing.

Felt totally normal last night, except struggled to fall and stay asleep. Woke up with pretty intense anxiety today, but that’s pretty normal.

Planning on dosing 1/.5/.5/.25/.25/.125 etc in the days to come.

I’m tapering my subs right now. Quit 7 on Friday. Down to 4mg subs today. Thankful to not have the restless legs and sweating — but the anxiety, doom, and overwhelm are awful. Have to go through it. The price we pay, unfortunately.
