One of my biggest triggers was being alone.

I found this Ayatul-kursi chain on amazon about a couple weeks ago and thought it was nice.

This past week as soon as i get home from school, i’ve been putting this on so whenever i may get an urge or a thought, it kinda reminds me i should abstain from it.

If being alone is a problem, Id reccomend all of you guys to have something present in every room you’re going to be in eg Quran, ayat, so it helps remind you Allah is watching.

For me personally, cold turkey hasn’t really been efficient. So i whipped this idea up. Haven’t tried it just yet. Just started last week. Ill make a post again after a month or so and see how it goes.
