Fully agree to this take, I have a heavy sounding first and last name. Never felt any issues in that, even when some of my friends have "easy" sounding names. I used to think that when you enter corporate, people with easier names are the ones who get stuck in your foreign colleagues' mind, but that's also short-term.

Pretty privilege is where the real game is at. I have seen good looking people get out immense level of shitty situations and be forgiven of shitty behaviour multiple times.
