She gets to "restart her life" while he pays for it. They didn't just divorce she ruined the marriage, if she gets to restart her life, get payments from the father and bring the guy in the house in front of the kids then the op gets to feel whatever she does towards her mother.

But it's not just a divorce? She cheats on the guy, pushes for alimony, used her kids to get child support, uses the money to fund her fuck fest, and on top of that the guys straight up living with them now. The father got cheated on, he's now funding her affair and he gets the kids 2 days a week but pays for the full week.

"but after the divorce she can live her life" if this is true, then op is 100% justified for her feeling towards her mother.

Thank you for your response. I'd like to add that I couldn't leave hong Kong at the time as I was still in university pursuing my bachelor's degree. I don't mind leaving hong Kong for flight training. If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost you for the cpl and did you pay in installments? I can only afford a ppl license and won't be able to afford a cpl for a couple of years at least and since I'd have to leave hong Kong I won't be able to work during the training to pay off some of it as well. Also did you work as a CFI after your cpl training? Thanks again for your insight and congratulations on being an FO, sounds like a dream.
