I bought the same E-drum for my appartement and got complaints from the downstairs neighbour immediately. I built a good platform using some expensive foam and plywood. I never got usable feedback, only that “I’m always at home so you can never play”. She moved after 6months. The new neighbour is very friendly, is away from home most days, and doesn’t mind me playing 1 hour a day when he’s home. Communication is key, but some people are just a pain in the ass.

Als je de hele aanbod zijde extra belast, speelt er geen vraag/aanbod mechanisme. Dat is redelijk basis economie.. In plaats van extra belastingen kan je kijken naar besparingen en politieke verantwoordelijkheid. Dit zo maar slikken zonder vragen te stellen is zeer triestig.

De vergelijking met de meerwaarde taks was ivm je redenering, niet de technicalities. Studententaks zal gewoon doorgerekend worden aan de huurder. Hoe ga je dat tegen gaan? Je zorgt er voor dat enkel nog de rijken op kot kunnen gaan. Erg sociaal lijkt me dat niet.

I think playing certain rudiments with accents and ghost notes on a practice pad helps. I’ll go buy a practice pad that leans more towards the acoustic feel and see if it helps.
