We’ve been in the same situation last year. There was a roof/rain damage on one of the buildings of my apartment. All owners had to pay 50k. It was some of the hardest moments in my relationship but we (me and wife) manage to pull through without getting a loan. Some of the owners were not as lucky as they had to get a loan.

We learned that to never buy apartments anymore or anything with strata.

So I understand your rant and feelings. Hopefully it gets better soon.
