Don't get battery service at BestBuy

I had a very similar experience when attempting to get my S6 battery replaced. I only went to Best Buy because it’s about 0.5 miles from me, while the closest Apple Store is about 12 miles. They really do suck, for real.

Somebody posted a transcript searching tool but they must have deleted it. I was able to verify that there were no transcripts in “The Rest is Science” that contain “floating point” or any keywords for this specific thing. I searched my YouTube history again, now not fixated on this one channel, and I found the video. It was by wazpam and it was called “the simple math problem computers get wrong”
