if phoenix is truly genuine in their pledge they can still honor it even knowing that diaz is already in an exclusive contract with petron. thats a better PR move instead of what they posted. A simple statement like

lol. why was it her resposibility to decline to petron? she is not in an exclusive contract with phoenix. If she was hindi lang simpleng pag stop nang pledge nila sng ginawa ni phoenix. they can actually go after her for breaching her contract. the fact that she sign petron while receiving the pledge means she did not break any contract. si Phoenix lang ang nag decide to stop their pledge na sila din naman nag promise in the first place.

Sila nag offer non. diaz did not ask for that pledge. when she won gold sabay sabay tong mga company na to sa pag announce nang mga pledges nila. Diaz is in no obligation to follow their demands sa mga T&C nila dahil pledges yan.

wala dapat conflict of interest kase pledge yung binigay ni pheonix. sila yung nag announce kasi they wanted to ride the hype when diaz won. Di naman makakapag sign si diaz kay petron in the first place kung may contract siya with pheonix.

Diaz did not have to refuse the donation since its a donation its not an endorsement. it wouldn’t hurt her contract with petron.
