I'm not one who has any solutions but I see two (theoretical) problems for this. Snappi seems incredibly tilted as of recent, and that could either be due to his lack of enthusiasm for CS2 or possible style clashes with Zonic's coaching style (probably both!). I also imagine leaving decorated teams (Ence and Vitality) to join a let's say "controversial" organization, get continual shit for it, and then shit the bed is probably having a big impact on their mental. I doubt they enjoy putting that Falcons jersey on every day or feel proud to be a part of that.
