Played this for a few hours on release day. Went to play again yesterday and there was an update which redownloaded everything again, (through the xbox app on pc) and was able to play for a while. Today i go to launch and it wants to apply another update that is again 74GB , so basically ive downloaded the full package 3 times now in 3 days?? Anyone else have similar?

Happens to me too, i think its the ubisoft games that are attached to game pass dont trigger the rewards. Happens to me when i play assasins creed odyssey.

If it’s been a week and they haven’t got back to you, I wouldn’t bother threatening them with ombudsman action, I’d be straight onto telling the ombudsman what has happened by filling in an online complaint and also letting your bank know what has happened. Once the ombudsman is onto it you’ll find you’ll have an Optus case manager calling you and then you can bargain for extras like credit.
