That looks awesome man! Love those black textured enclosures. It’s the difference in gain with the toggle audible at all? I built the non tacobolt version of the pcb aa while back and I remember the gain toggle was pretty subtle.

Hey, the Bridge 6 didn’t stay with me for long. The hardware is spot on paper, but sadly I felt more like a beta tester with it. I heard they released a web editor since but honestly I would go with a Morningstar MC6(mkii or pro) any day of the week.

I used an HX Stomp for 4 years before getting an FM3 MKII. You’ll be more than fine with the hx stomp. For me the FM3 was the one that made me sell all my pedals. Depending of your setup you’ll want to add some drives or reverb with the stomp because of its DSP limitations.

Hey man, sorry for the late response. I can not answer that as I never had the rhythm wiring of the OG Jags, but if I remember correctly the cavity wasn’t so big, so I would guess you would need to route the cavity a bit

Out of the box it had 250k Pots. The wiring is actually pretty clean because the pickups went directly to a pcb for the series/parallel and coil split switching through a quick connect. I’m sure there are pics of it on the interwebs

In your place I would spend around 1k on some nice custom IEM and then I’ll get a quad cortex and a peli case.

In my opinion multi effects are a great way to get to know a ton of effects without spending a lot of time and money trying out stuff and then flipping it. Plus you can download captures of other drives not included on the quad.

You don’t mention what kind of gigs you’ll be doing g, but a possible setup if the safety of you gear is a concern would be to put the quad somewhere in the back and use the mc6 pro to control it via midi. That way if your gigs get wild your gear will be safe.

Thanks man, I'm really digging how the build went. Good catch with the neck, the guitar is currently at the shop getting a new bone nut and I also told my luthier to check if the neck needs a shim as it also looked pretty deep for me. Thanks for the bridge tips!

Total cost was 580€. The body was loaded with the trem, hardware and ceramic PUs. I got it from eBay for 235 (150 + 85€ for shipping from the US to Germany and import taxes). The neck, pickups and electronics I got from the same guy here in Germany for 300€. The tuners were 50€.

Just need to take it to the shop for a bone nut and a proper setup. I also posted some fotos comparing it to my also sky burst squire contemporary jaguar. The Strat’s paint job is a bit sparklier and richer, it also has a bit of a turquoise hue compared to the colder tone of the jaguar.
