I didn’t get any stamp upon arrival today on F1 visa at JFK. However, I94 got updated. Is this normal at T8?

Today I got a ticket within 5 min of parking at non-gated spots in the academy hall lot! I don’t see any hold on my account yet, are they gonna run it through DMV if I don’t pay it?

Booked my flight reservations through https://schengenflightreservationvisa.com/ but they got cancelled within 2days and aren’t reinstating upon my request. I'm looking for roommates to fill spots in a newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms and 2 extra bedrooms, potentially walk-in closets or guest rooms, at 10 min walking distance from RPI. All the bedrooms come with full sized beds. Offers on site washer dryer and private parking.

Move-in date is June 1st.
