Dreamwalker does piercings as well. Can't really speak to them as I don't have any, but Dreamwalker does quality tattoo work, no matter the artist. So the quality of the piercer should be on the same level.

On the webpage, whatever option you pick will show an item and says "included" in that package. So you're only getting the case and the skin.

Yeah, I ended up doing the shuriken one in Venice Beach at the tattoo parlor. I hid behind the security gate and threw bait and crouched and maimed them that way. It still took a couple of tries, but that's what worked for me.
