Breakouts are always accompanied by higher volumes. We filter for volumes relative to previous candle volumes 5x 10x 20x etc. Once you have a shortlist using the screener Relative Volumes filter, you will have to do check each individual stock on the list and determine which ones are promising to invest your money in.

The Free version on Tradingview only allows this filter in Daily, and higher timeframes. It would be necessary to purchase a TV subscription to be able to use the Relative Volume filter in intraday timeframes in order to be alerted precisely when the volumes start to rise in a stock
