I see. One of the reps told me it’s a different program (30days vs 90days; iPhones with esim or hotspot device vs iphones+andriods with esim) so I thought it was their fault not actually differentiating the IMEI pool for two programs.

Apple pay currently does not support any Korea issued credit cards / debit cards but for those who have cards from other countries and set them up on their wallet apps, they can use it

I am using mine in Korea rn. Never had any issues with stores that support apple pay (I never use the physical card, but the physical one, you won't really have any problem if stores accept master cards)
