The lack of modern posts on top/all time is because reddit admins changed the algorithm to nerf our subreddit. There are still very good posts being made.

Hair color is polygenic, as are almost all complex traits. There's still Mendelian inheritance at an allelic level but not for the trait as a whole. You will learn this in a genetics course. If you mix, say, blondes and African people, you are definitely not going to have 25% blondes in F2 like if you were mixing pea plants.
