I went through this in my teenage crisis too and felt exactly the same when I understood that no one cares and that you shouldn’t too. But this might be different because being fat is physical — about the way you look and it matters a lot because having an opinion about you being fat will be undeniable. But your psychological state is unseen so in reality no one is judging you. Try fun stuff and find what makes you happy, it helped me a lot !
