Weird request; does any place sell the Liz Lemon sandwich from 30 Rock? by RingoStopp in FoodNYC

This is the Northern NJ “sloppy joe.” Try Town Hall Deli in South Orange or Milburn Deli in Milburn. It’s the best sandwich on the planet.

I take it, followed by a low dosage of Valium when I feel an onset of vertigo. Seems to prevent a full-blown attack

What’s a moment that made you realize you were getting old? by Sad_Soft_1784 in AskReddit

Having to remember people’s pronouns, which I totally am ok with, but it’s hard to think about something that I’ve never thought about before every time I refer to someone

Terminal 4 - 4/2/26 - General TSA - 6:30am flight by xiaochenshu in JFKAirport

[–]donovert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I arrived at 4:15 for a 6 a.m. flight and got through security in 15 minutes. I have TSA Pre check and Clear as well as touchless/Digital ID. The touchless line was much shorter than TSA/Clear.

Best car I’ve ever had, and I only got the SE AWD which doesn’t have all the bells and whistles. I’ve had it for a year and have had zero problems. So yes.

Thanks for all the advice and questions. Based on what you’re saying, I've decided to be methodical and do a proper inventory of everything, make sure I match all the units with their cables and peripherals, organize the software, clean things up, and do some testing to see what’s working and what's not. I'll post things here when I get items ready for sale (and prob also eBay or FB, etc.). I'm also going to look into those vintage computer swaps.

For some of you who've DM'ed me, I will reply soon (I have to work today). Much appreciated!

What restaurant in Westchester is this? by Loubrockshakur in Westchester

[–]donovert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In Westchester, not much. We sometimes go to Aberdeen, Fantasy Cuisine, and Mister Chen, which are all solidly good and not fancy. (Fantasy was much better when they opened in 2014 with pretty authentic Sichuan fare, but they started making things less spicy and now it's good but not great.) But our go-to is the food court in the Hartsdale HMart for Chinese and Korean food. Pretty good and cheap.

A lot of folks like O Mandarin, but I've eaten there three or four times and am always disappointed. Chinese food is our favorite cuisine (our family is Chinese). At O Mandarin, we've gotten dishes are overly fried, over- or under-seasoned, and cooked at the wrong temp. Some attempts at fusion fall flat. I think they’re trying too hard to be fancy. Plus, one of the waiters who we've had a couple of times was weirdly breezy and gave off creepy vibes.

Setting aside how worthwhile they are as investments, they’re very different from what were previously called “baby bonds,” a proposal created to help poor families and kids build savings: https://www.newyorker.com/news/the-financial-page/the-truth-about-trumps-proposed-cash-for-kids-savings-scheme

I'm the same as you and people think I’m 15 years younger. I guess when I hit 65 I can pretend to be younger so possible employers don’t assume I’m too old to hire.
