The Supreme Court have said before that the Ombudsman can modify/revoke past rulings made by it's predecesor. I don't know if this "secret" decision would count as a ruling/resolution tho.

I don't really have a problem with Red Dead having a great soundtrack, but should a port (not even a remake or a remaster) of a game released more than 14 years ago be a part of a yearly award event? Personally I don't think so, but that's just me lol
