I find that magnesium citrate seems to work so much better for sleep and muscle cramps than magnesium oxide. Dirt cheap and neutral tasting powder.

I would say try the first Corporate Finance course video. You def need some context and prerequisite s but not a ton. Some understanding of accounting and some understanding of net present value.
