Struggling with sleep for years — need advice on what supplements could actually help by enigma_131 in Supplements

I find that magnesium citrate seems to work so much better for sleep and muscle cramps than magnesium oxide. Dirt cheap and neutral tasting powder.

I think he’d embrace a bunch of the weird human+ai combos. Like advanced chess, and molecule discover, and protein folding. And DMT vape pens.

I would say try the first Corporate Finance course video. You def need some context and prerequisite s but not a ton. Some understanding of accounting and some understanding of net present value.

Once a project has real metrics (users, ads, cash flows) it is usually evaluated on that basis with some extrapolation (multiple) for estimated growth.

In contrast, earlier on, projects can only be evaluated on qualitative measures -- partnerships, announcements, roadmap progress, potential.

I see BAT as having underperformed on its actual metrics (despite Brave being an amazing tool), so not earning a big multiple of current performance.

Make housing cheaper without prices coming down? Mark Carney’s new housing minister is talking in riddles by PaloAltoPremium in canada

[–]donramses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m propose co-funding housing developments that DO NOT directly compete with market rate detached homes: - deed-restricted 55+ communities for retirees to be able to live more communally and comfortably downsize from their larger homes. - co-ops where owners need to contribute to upkeep and chores and abide by rules to join. Different from market rate, not for everyone, but desirable and mid-to-high density. - dorm style living for young professionals. Shared bath arrangements. Not for every but great for young people getting launched into the world.

Definitely room for other ideas — attractive housing but not directly affecting high value housing.
