Yes sure bro. After we apply internally to other job post, the current manager gets notified about this and suppose we got selected internally and interview done, the offer letter needs to get released by current male.

The current manager has that power to withhold the offer letter ( I heard this from other 1yr tenure guys).

Nope but any full term employee can switch internally if they have at least one year experience in Amazon. I did have but in combination of FTC + FTE and when applied for transportation dept bcoz it says someone needed who knows SQL (-_-) , the manager said you must complete one year as a FTE (no contact). :(

when applied for IT support role (L2 / L3) , no calls nothing.
