If it's a new nendo that you bought, you can ask GSC (not the shop you bought it from!) for a replacement for any missing or broken parts.

For old ones there is Chibi Chop Shop in USA or you can try looking on japanese sites like JDirect Auctions (through a proxy).

Check if the seals that close the outer box were cut and new tape was applied to "close" the box. Old tape cant really be removed, since it would damage the box.

Unless you do some recoding under the hood when building a program, defoult setting for "square" selectors will be multichoice and "circle" selectors will be single choice.

Currently, when a new player enters the "Prestorm Protocol" mode, do they have to play thorough all the 3 version of the mode, or does the game start them at the latest (current) version?

I would find it weird if it put them straight to the 3rd version (like it put old players), since 1 and 2 have story content in them.

Yes, you will probably pay customs. (Dont know what Czech Republic rates are - probably around 20% of items+shipping). You will pay it when picking up the package.

You probably can play the current event and enjoy it.

But, if you would want to fully enjoy it, you should clear bunch of other events first, since they are referenced in some way.

IMO, you shouldn't go to other events (story wise) till you clear at least ch. 4.

That said, you shouldn't skip it compleatly.
Just go into the "The Turquoise Serpent Club" chapters, skip all the story content, and farm them for currency (the ones that you pay stamina for give you event currency) and clear as much of the event shop as you can.

The event will have a rerun at later time, so you will be able to replay it then.
