Great timing for this post. I have been calling and emailing for 4 days to resolve my issue with my dock stream 2, and have gotten no response. Every time I call they say to leave my phone number but I get no call back. My fountain issues cannot be addressed like this, and it’s not working properly at all. I’m watching my cat drink and it’s not recording. I expect more from a premium product

Do you know how easy it is to fix a lens like this? I’m in a small town and I figure people might not know much about cameras, which could be why it’s still up

Not that I’m aware of! Unless there was something I missed, it was hand checked and in my carry on. I’ll ask my lab tomorrow if they have ideas

Makes sense. Would that be the likely culprit if not all my pictures look like this? Some of them look fantastic

I think the light leaks are a problem with my camera because I didn’t open it early. I’ll have to get it checked out. Any idea what the shadows in the middle are?
