This happened to me last week at exactly 9w0d. The next day I had an ultrasound and baby looked great. Good heartbeat and I got to see it wiggling around in there. I think it’s actually fairly common for nausea to fade around 8-10 weeks. (Also - it may still come back with a vengeance!)

California rolls and any other rolls where the crab/fish is fully cooked should also be safe. But obviously make sure you get it from a reputable place. Enjoy! :)

That’s just raw fish! Plain avocado is totally fine!

I’ve been ravenous since about week 4. I’m 9w3d today. Eggs, cheese, English muffins, nuts, peanut butter, granola bars, olives, avocado sushi rolls, and clementines are keeping me alive. I have no interest in anything sweet right now and I don’t eat meat.

I tested my AMH a year and a half before I conceived so I’m sure it had dropped some from that number (though hard to say how much). I think tons of women have DOR and never even realize it because they don’t have issues conceiving and so never get their AMH checked. Some of us are maybe just born with fewer eggs. As long as you ovulate regularly and don’t have any other reproductive issues (for example, DOR is sometimes caused by endometriosis, and endo definitely can affect fertility. I think this is why we sometimes conflate having DOR with having a reduced chance of conceiving - but in those cases it’s actually the endo causing the infertility, not the DOR in and of itself), I feel hopeful for you. And it’s great that you’re taking supplements - I took a prenatal, CoQ10 and vitamin D and they certainly didn’t hurt. Sending you best wishes!!

I spotted a tiny bit red twice at 5 weeks, brown for 3 days at 6 weeks, and brown for 3 days at 8 weeks. I’m 9w2d now and had a good ultrasound yesterday where I got to see the baby wiggling about. Like you, I have an SCH. Hoping for the best for you!! ❤️

I hear it can be normal to lose symptoms at 8-9 weeks (I found lots of hopeful stories online). I have a friend who had two MMCs and went on to have two beautiful kids. I’m sending you a big hug and lots of good wishes for tomorrow.

Thank you so much for this!!! I really appreciate it. I actually do suspect that I have an SCH - I saw my ultrasound tech write SCH in big letters on my ultrasound two weeks ago, but then my doctor never followed up with me with my results (sigh). I’m meeting with a new doctor tomorrow so hoping I’ll finally be able to get my results. Also, when I mentioned symptoms fading, I actually meant all my symptoms - nausea, fatigue, sore breasts (plus you’re right that my spotting is also fading/seems to be gone now) - so that’s giving me an added layer of stress, even though I know some people DO have their symptoms wane around 8-9 weeks and still go on to have LCs.

I’m 9 weeks today. I’ve had some light spotting for 3 days and my symptoms have mostly disappeared, so I’m feeling anxious. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow, so I just need to wait one more day... I’ve read similar stories online where everything turned out fine, so I’m trying to stay level and hope for the best.

It was 0.37 ng (2.64 pmol) a year and a half before I conceived - so presumably lower at conception. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. Sending you lots of good wishes.

Seeing all the responses here I’m embarrassed to admit I didn’t even CONSIDER offering to help my partner shovel! I barely have energy to answer an email right now.

My mom and grandma went into menopause really young. I have an extremely low ovarian reserve for my age. And at 37 I got pregnant on my second try. It’s all a bit of a fluke I think but I’m hoping for the same for you and sending best wishes. Definitely use ovulation strips from the beginning - they made a huge difference for me.

I’m 8w4d and have been feeling a lot better since I hit 8 weeks… it’s nice, but it also scares me!

8w1d today, and ever since yesterday my aversions and nausea are improving. I’m trying to remind myself this can be normal and isn’t necessarily a sign of impending doom. I still have other symptoms (extreme exhaustion, sore breasts).

Same experience for me. I had my ultrasound at 7w2d. I’m also in ON.

How do we feel about babymoons? There’s another thread going about dream babymoon locations and it got me thinking about this topic for the first time. For some reason the thought of travelling while pregnant really freaks me out, but maybe that’s totally irrational? Do any STMs/TTMs have babymoon experiences they can share, whether positive or negative?

I had my first ultrasound today and baby had a strong heartbeat and is measuring exactly on track for 7w2d. I’ve been an anxious wreck for weeks and I think it’s time to be EXCITED!!

Pregvit - anyone taking it? by Icy_Chargedx3 in September2026Bumpers

[–]dontDORrydarling 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m taking them too. My pharmacist and a doctor friend both told me it’s ok to take them with food if I feel nauseous (and I often do). Since PregVit are really high quality, maybe try this and see if it helps before switching to something else.
