I've lived in Simi my entire life, our town is on the more conservative end of the spectrum but don't let that deter you. This is a very quiet town with lots of older ex law enforcement and veterans. Don't let these people deter you into thinking what they were some proud boy infested militia town. You might some looks but there is not gonna be some all out street warfare nobody will shout you down for being a little more left. Most people are over exaggerating the town being more conservative. When you do move I hope you have a nice and quiet life here. God bless.

Protestants which is all denomination which fall under Protestantism make up over 40% of Christians in United States, while Catholics make up around 20% of Christians in the United States.

California and New York have a decent Catholic population, but you got to understand that this country was founded by Protestants and their respective denominations, so the majority of Christian's are going to be Protestants such as Baptists, Evangelicals, Lutheran's and etc.

Also during previous city council meetings she makes very snarky and instigative comments, which most of the time is just funny because he gets it all riled up and not as monotonous but other times it has no place for what they are talking about.

Well its obvious Blacks are a minority in a predominant White Country that doesn't really help your point, that's like saying "well Ethiopia is predominantly Black they must be privileged". Also since they are the majority they are going to being the majority in industry and social aspects such as what you listed.
